1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

• Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
• Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund it at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order products.
