1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Duration
- Within Uttar Pradesh: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
- Remote locations may take up to 10–12 business days
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below this value or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
4. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment status.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, courier delays, or incorrect address details. We will do our best to keep you informed. For missing shipments, please contact our support within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
